Something I've been reflecting on, both personally and through the conversations that led me here.
There's a particular kind of staying that looks like loyalty. You show up, you deliver, you're still the one everyone relies on. And underneath, something has quietly stopped fitting.
I know this from the inside. Twice.
At twenty-nine, I left an established career and everything that told me who I was, for New Zealand, then Australia. At fifty, I did it again, stepping away from a senior leadership career I was proud of, because I'd spent years living for work rather than living a life.
Neither crossing was a breakdown. Both were a reckoning.
I made a short video sharing more of that story, and what I've built because of it. ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, for accomplished women who sense their next chapter is asking for a truer version of them.
If something in this lands, there's a ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฌ-๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, no pressure, no preparation needed. And if none of the times suit, my inbox is open. We'll find something.
๐ฅ I encourage you to watch the welcome video
