Jumping and landing is such an important skill to have, both in parkour, and in life.
We do a lot of it here at Balance to not only help our athletes improve their skills, but also set them up for a healthy and active life. 🤸

The gym is currently set up as 1 big obstacle course as we have our first Floor Is Lava Competition of the term!
They will be running every 2nd Saturday, starting today (July 22) until September 2 for a total of 4 competitions.

We’re halfway through our school holidays and it’s been a blast. We hope everyone has been having a safe and happy holiday.
There’s still time to book in for our next week of ninja fun! We have 4 hour ninja camps running Monday-Friday at 9am, floor-is-lava obstacle course on Tuesday at 1:30pm and our new Chase Tag sessions on Thursday at 1:30pm for kids and teens and 6pm for adults.
