Positive attitudes, group environment, every move has a regression, it's you and your bodyweight, you will sweat, you will feel energised and leave the class going "damn I feel good!"

WHAT IS ZUU?
* ZUU is a low impact BODYWEIGHT training system developed in Australia over a decade ago

Who does ZUU?
* Elite athletes, armed forces, world champions, mum’s and dads, teachers, office workers, injured, overweight, elderly and kids at schools. It is bodyweight movement after all.
Can I do ZUU?
* Absolutely. Bodyweight training is the best benefit to risk ratio training on earth. In other words, picking up a 2kg dumbbell has more risk. Life is you and your body moving around, make sense? So why not learn ZUU movements to increase your quality of life.
What makes ZUU different to other animal training styles?
* Social connection of humans is much more important to us than the fitness component. People first fitness second.
What does ZUU culture mean?

Heres a quick little speal about me and why i love to work out and especially doing Zuu..
When I first started my fitness journey around 2 years ago is was about getting fit and learning how to move better but I didn't expect to become a personal trainer or group leader
Zuu has given me mental resilience and strength through multiple planes of movement.
It has given me life long friends from around the world!👊🏻
The no egos, supportive environment that I had stepped into was amazing. The high fives- or Get A Touch✋🏻 that is yelled across the room, the hugs after you just complete a drill that you didn’t think you would get through and the continual words of encouragement you get from everyone participating is like nothing else I have experienced before!
I am so thankful for my journey with as it’s not only improved areas of my health and fitness but it has lead me towards a bigger brighter future.
