Introducing PEAK PHASE and a NEW workout โ Apollo! โ ๐! The goal of the Peak phase is to maximise performance and readiness for the Row/Pull, Squat, and Explosive Jump testing.
You can expect to see high volume to build muscular endurance, squatting, and upper-body pull strength under fatigue, and repeated box jump efforts for sustained power!!!
