There’s so so many benefits to breath work ❤️ Yoga enables you to practice diaphragmatic breathing which is a skill newborns use to breathe where you can see the abdomen expand. 🧘♀️🧘🧘♂️As we get older we slowly reduce use of the diagphram for breath and start to breath more shallowly using our intercostal muscles between our ribs. 🌕🌙 Here’s some of the benefits of focusing on our breath below- 😌
