Want to know what actually happens in a Dance Fiit KIIDS class?
Spoiler alert: It’s nothing like the traditional dance classes or intense sports training you might remember!
We’ve ditched the pressure of perfection and costumes. Instead, we focus on play, movement, and pure joy.
Because our goal is for your kids to enjoy exercise and movement!
Here’s a step-by-step peek at what happens in class:
1️⃣ Warm-Up & Connection: We kick off with a fun “get-to-know-you” activity to break the ice and build that confidence and community
2️⃣ Foundational Skills Through Play: We teach key movement skills—balancing, coordination, and correct form—but we do it through games, not drills. It’s learning without the lecture!
3️⃣ The Dance Cardio Routine: We build a themed routine over our 5-week block. By the end? Your child will be confident enough to teach YOU!
4️⃣ Family Finish: We invite you to join us for a Free Dance Disco followed by a Mindfulness & Stretch session to cool down together and leave feeling centred and calm.
👟 What to wear? Just something comfortable! Kids can be barefoot or wear dance shoes. No leotards, no tutus, no uniforms required. But we do have epic kids shirts… 😏
