It's important to check in with yourself from time to time. Here's a simple checklist to help you out:
✅Am I eating regularly?
Your body needs fuel to function well. Make sure you're nourishing yourself with regular meals and snacks throughout the day.
✅Am I getting enough sleep?
Getting quality sleep is essential for your mental and physical well-being. Aim for 7-9 hours of restful sleep each night.
✅Am I feeling okay?
Take a moment to tune in to your emotions. It's okay to feel a range of emotions, but if you're feeling overwhelmed or down, it's important to acknowledge it.
✅What am I feeling?
Name your feelings. Are you happy, sad, anxious, or something else? Recognising and understanding your emotions can help you better manage them.
✅Am I being kind to me and others?
Treat yourself and others with kindness and compassion. Remember, everyone has their struggles, so be gentle with yourself and those around you.
✅Who can I talk to?
It's okay to reach out for support when you need it. Whether it's a friend, family member, or professional, having someone to talk to can make a big difference.
Take a moment to reflect on these questions and prioritize your mental health. If you need support or just want to chat, don't hesitate to reach out to me or someone you trust.

Life can be a rollercoaster, and it's totally normal to feel all kinds of emotions. Here are some reminders just for you:
1. Take a deep breath. It's okay to step back and give yourself a break. You're doing your best, and that's what matters. 🥰
2. You deserve it! Whether it's a walk outside, listening to music, or just chilling out, taking breaks helps you recharge and feel better. ❤
3. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Whether it's from friends, family, or a support coordinator like me, reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💪
4. Remember, it's okay not to be okay sometimes. Everyone has bad days. Be gentle with yourself and know that tomorrow is a new day. 🫶
5. Whether it's reading a book, taking a bubble bath, or doing something you love, self-care is super important. Keep it up! 💯
6. Life isn't a race. Take things one step at a time, and remember, it's okay to go at your own speed. You're doing awesome! 🙏
Take care of yourself! You're worth it. If you ever need a chat or some support, I'm here for you!
