Why I Can't..... or Why Can't I? 23/06/2020

"I can't" no longer exists in my training sessions. Mindset is everything, if it isn't 110% there with you, you can't give 110% in the gym.

On those days I now constantly repeat to myself "I CAN, I WILL".

My sessions exploded from mediocre to absolutely phenomenal, within the very first session of trying it!
