Hi lovely clients: past, present and maybe future!? Haha. I thought I would share a little personal update as I haven’t spoken to some of you for quite a time!
We have finally moved and settling into our new beautiful space. Missing familiar faces but very happy to be in this next stage of life; gearing up to the welcome of our second little BOY! I am nearly 28 weeks and feeling a lot better physically and mentally now that this big transition is over.
I have also dropped down to one day now, Wednesdays, and decided not to take on new clients in the lead up to birth and beyond.
I am driving to a couple of ladies in Springfield in the morning and then to Forest Lake in the arvo for maybe another month or so. If you would like to have an in-home PT session or even come out and train/see our new place, you are most welcome. Just let me know!

Hi all, I just wanted to put out a little update on my known availability at the moment for early 2023.
For the next 12 weeks I have the following time slots available for strength training sessions in my home gym:
Tuesday - 10:00am, 2:00pm
Wednesday - 8:00am, 11:30am, 2:00pm
Most clients do a weekly 45 minute session [$50], however if you would like some more details and options, please check out the 1:1 Training tab at wwww.mummahols.com.au

A couple of strength training reviews from 2022 🤍

Here are three of my clients who only strength train once a week and have shared the changes that they’ve seen since being consistent with that one session. My encouragement and takeaway is that you don’t need a life overhaul straight away. Start small and be consistent. Build from there. There are gains to be made with even one day of training a week:
SHAKILA (mumma + doctor ) - has seen improvements to her core strength and stability since having a baby. She has mentioned being able to put the stroller in the car, get up from the floor easily and carrying the groceries.
RENEE (mumma + designer, teacher) - finds her session to be a weekly mental reset. As she builds her confidence in lifting heavy things, it transfers to other aspects of her life.
GEORGIA (mumma + foster mumma) - has be working to build muscle /shape as she is kicking some big weight loss goals. She is noticing her strength has improved in lifting the kids and furniture at home. She has more energy for the day.

My client Georgia and I were joking about her needing a kitchen workout because she is so time poor with her 5 foster kiddies. She is always in the kitchen and doesn’t have really any equipment. Here are a few amazing, no equipment movements that could make up a little full body session while you get dinner on the table.

Hello all! This is a message for those in Forest Lake, Springfield and surrounds.
I have just changed my mobile personal training days to Tuesday and Wednesday and have a number of availabilities to now offer for 1:1 training.
Some people train in my home gym, but mostly, this offering is about helping you establish habits around training consistently in your own home with the equipment you may have. Of course, it is also about learning correct form and technique required when strength training and overcoming the physical or mental obstacles you may face.
I try to be as flexible with session times as I can so I don’t have any fixed time slots to share as such but please reach out to discuss specific times/availability. That time slot then becomes yours each week.
If you’re interested in training together, I would love to offer you a free consultation either over the phone or in-person to discuss your individual goals, current health and fitness, training needs, equipment, availability to train etc.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and the costing involved is $50 a session + $5 travel fee. Depending on your circumstance, we may be able to have a session time that is shorter or longer. Also, with the commitment of a month or more, I am able to write a tailored program for you to be able to train at home, outside of coaching sessions with me. For personal training sessions, I bring equipment to you.

Just jumped outside to stand in the same gear against the same wall. Left photos are a few months postpartum in 2019 and right photos were five mins ago with zero effort for a good one haha. You know what… I am legit within 1-2kg difference in body weight between these photos. Just wanted to put it out there as a reminder that weight alone, is not a great marker of progress or success. Find some other data points to measure change: waist/hip measurements, record of how you feel and function, strength, skin folds, photos…
