Not because it’s easy — but because they know how important it is to stay strong as we age.
Age is not the barrier society tells us it is.
Strength has no expiry date.

“Looking good” isn’t just about the mirror.

Welcome to 2026 🥂✨
Life can change in a second — no matter how well you eat or how much you exercise.
I’ve been diagnosed with lung cancer… and I’m meeting it as a challenge.
And no — it doesn’t make me question training.
It confirms exactly why I’ve always believed in it.
I’ve spent years talking about strength, habits, and consistency.
Not because they make you invincible…
but because when life hiccups, you’re in the best position to cope, recover, and keep moving forward.
This is what the work is for.
Not perfection. Not control.
Resilience.
Come at me, 2026.
My 60’s decade is going to be my strongest yet 💪🔥

This isn’t about showing off — it’s about showing up.
At 59, every lift is a testament to how I choose to live — feeling strong, confident, and aligned with who I am.
My hope is that this encourages someone else — you are capable, no matter your age or where you are in your journey.

A big shoutout to our client, Stephanie Cotroneo, who has been training with us since March. After being referred by her friend Allison Bryant, Steph has worked hard and recently reached her goal weight, losing 7kg.
While the weight loss is a great achievement, Steph is even more proud of how strong and confident she feels. Her muscle definition and overall strength are the results of her dedication to long-term health and fitness.
