Pic from October 2022, just before I started my current bulk.
18 months of training later, 9kg heavier, some new PBs achieved and ready to start a short mini cut before my final bulk phase. By that point it will be a total of almost 2 years of training planned out and executed.
Trainer tip - If your goal timeframes are measured in weeks/a couple of months, you may be disappointed. Plan for the long haul, enjoy the process, and be consistent and you'll reach your goals and even surpass what you thought you were capable of 👍

Day 1 Shoulder workout
Lateral Raises 3x20-30
Targets the lateral head of the deltoid.
OHP 3x10-15 (went over to hit target RIR)
Done after lateral raises so the lateral head is the limiting factor.
Rear Delt Pulls 3x20-30
One of my favourite movements to hit the posterior delt.

There's no shortcuts when it comes to building muscle. It takes time, consistency (in and out of the gym), and hard training.

27.5kg x 8 reps
22.5kg Dropset x 2 reps
The goal is to hit 27.5kg, 2-3 sets for 10 reps, then progress to traditional bicep curls with the same weight.
