Well done boys !! Bengal Tigers became champion of winter warehouse t20 ๐๐๐๐. We outplayed our both opponents in semi and grand final today. Fahad Syed batted so well , scored two half centuries both in semi and final . I was so lucky batted with him and seen all of his magnificent shots from the other end. Our bowlers done brilliant job in both matches . In final both openers Cristofer Nierro and Johar Mohammed gave us very good start and Fahad kept the tempo !!

Again, BTCC has won a close game by 2 wickets with an overall good team performance and secured their 4th win in a row.
Chasing the target of 246, it was Faisal Ahmed who scored a good unbeaten 39 runs, held his nerve till the last moment and guaranteed the victory. Also, great solid innings from Elton's (51) and Imran's (40) willows have assisted the run chase and took the game closer towards the finishing line.
Earlier Battlers XI scored 245/9 where Tiger blowers shared the wickets among them with Imran being the top (3) wicket takers of all. Ulil and Jake took 2 wickets each while tanim and Bilal both grabbed 1 wicket. Check scorecard for details.

It was a low scoring nail-biter win for Tigers against Western Buccaneers to secure their 3rd win in a row.
In 1st innings, Tiger bowlers bowled excellently especially skipper Tanim took 3 wickets to destroy WB's tail-enders and restrict them to 151 runs.
Chasing a low-score of 152 runs, despite of a good start of the openers, BTCC's middle order found it hard to score in the windy bowling condition and kept losing wickets in regular intervals which prompted tension in the dugout. Finally, Sharif came to rescue and together with contributions from Faisal and Bilal, ensured the win by 1 wicket.
Match scorecard and the pictures of the prize (500 dollar cheque! ;) ) giving ceremony for Man of the Matches of previous games are attached below. Cheers.

What a run chase by to grab their 2nd win in a row!
It was a dominating 291 run chase by BTCC to win against the mighty table topper Macgregor Hawks by 7 wickets within 40 overs.
In the 1st innings, Hawks were cruising and looking for a mammoth score over 300. After 34 overs their score was 221 for 1 wicket. But thanks to late tight wicket taking spell's from Tiger bowlers especially from Ulil and Asif to restrict them to 291.
In 2nd innings, Luke Water stared the run chase with a match winning century. He was there from the beginning, unbeaten and finished the game in style. Also, thanks to Imran, Ulil, Asif and Shayan's quick fiery innings which ultimately made the run chase easy and helped BTCC to win the match in 39.2 overs.
Score details attached.

Not a good start of the tournament. It was hard to defend 235 on a batting pitch, still bowlers fought well to take the game into the 48th over!!
Hope to come back strongly in the next game. Keep supporting..!!
