The last few weeks have been very busy so we thought we’d show you what we’ve been up to lately🫶

We launched our KAIZEN 6-Week Challenge on the 14th of September with an educational launch seminar on the same day!

50 lucky attendees got spoiled by our incredible partners!

And of course we can’t forget about the advanced longevity and performance testing our challenge participants completed, that gave them their overall Wellness Age - we’re looking forward to seeing what theirs is at the end of the challenge!

Our group fitness team did some fun up-skilling! We’re always looking to learn and grow.

Some of our head coaches passed on their knowledge to the broader group fitness team!

STRETCHFIT ™ hosted an anatomy workshop!

We hosted free mat sessions Brisbane Festival

Kate Robinson | Founder PRANABEAT® Breathwork method hosted a breath work workshop at our West End hub.

You’re invited to our P50 Launch Celebration this weekend! Come and experience FW West End for yourself with complimentary access to any of our YANG classes (subject to availability) or our gym floor!

We will be kicking off the fun from 7:30am with pop-ups and activations all throughout the morning, with many goodies and prizes to be won.

Members can book classes via the app and non members can fill out the form via the link in our bio to secure your class spot or gym floor access (registering is essential).

We’re officially one week into our KAIZEN 6-Week Challenge!

Dr Oz completed his pre-challenge testing a few weeks ago and did an amazing job getting all the way to the end of the cardio test! We identified some key learnings and areas to focus on over the next few weeks, with the goal of improving his scores even further when it’s time to retest.
