A High Intensity Intermittent Training session where you will burn maximum calories and train at an intensity only possible for short bursts. Attack each short work period with everything you have and this program will have you gasping for air and enjoying every second of the well-earned rest interval. Training at higher intensities will maximise the EPOC effect where you body continues to burn calories post workout for up to 36hours. π

This is CARDIO U π₯π₯
This session is all about YOU! A cardio session laser focused on you, where each individual follows specifically prescribed heart rate zones to reach for work and recovery periods. This program will take your fitness to the next level (if you stick to the program!)
You will keep moving at a lower intensity through the recovery periods to bring your heart rate down to the recommended target zone, before cranking it back up. A session designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods, regardless of your fitness level and conditioning.
