Sitting all day does not make you broken
It just makes your body forget how to move

Looking back at these photos, there’s a lot that’s changed 📸💪

Physically, you can see clearer structure through Michael’s shoulders and back, improved posture, better balance through his stance, and real development through his legs and upper body. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced. Just steady, consistent work 👊

But it hasn’t only been muscles that have grown.

Over this time, Michael and I have built a genuine friendship as well 🤝💙 and that’s honestly been one of the best parts of the journey. Showing up, training together, having the chats, and trusting the process week after week.

This year we’ve leaned into different techniques for muscle growth that are science-backed and evidence-backed 🧠📊 Smarter programming, better understanding of the body, and respecting recovery instead of chasing shortcuts.

We’ve also shared plenty of kilometres together 🏃‍♂️🌿 Parkruns, easy runs, and good conversations along the way. I’ve been out for a few weeks, but Michael’s running parkrun today, and I’m really looking forward to getting back out there with him soon. Easy pace. Enjoying the run. Enjoying the process.

What stands out to me most is his confidence 🙌 The way he stands, moves, and carries himself now. That quiet confidence that comes from putting the work in and trusting what you’re doing. That’s something we’ve built together.

If you’re looking for results like this, remember it’s not always just the outside that changes. Confidence grows. Movement improves. And you start to feel more comfortable in your own body.

Next year is the year I’m not hiding anything.
Not the greys 🩶
Not the age.
And no, not getting caught with my pants down either 😄

It just means I’m showing up as I am.
More natural 🌿
More comfortable.
And a lot less interested in pretending.

Some people go their whole lives trying to work out who they really are.
And sometimes it takes something pretty rough to happen before you get the chance to truly start again 💭

I was given that chance.
It’s emotional to say, but it’s true 🤍

There were parts of myself I didn’t want to carry forward.
It felt like learning how to communicate again.
How to be present again.
How to rebuild from the ground up 🧠✨
A lot of people knew me before everything happened, and I knew I didn’t want to be that version of myself again.
Alcohol included.

I’m letting life be natural now 🌱
Letting the ageing process do what it does.
You can always build a better engine through mindset, health, and how you show up 💪
But there are a couple of things you don’t control.
Taxes 😅 and ageing.
And I’m finally at peace with that 🕊️

All I’ve ever really wanted is peace and love ❤️
Being grounded.
Being comfortable in your own presence, your own feelings, your own body.
That kind of peace is bigger than any gift someone else can give you 🎁
It’s something you build for yourself.

I’m not here to judge anyone or put anyone down.
Everyone goes through their own struggles 🌊
I don’t want to cut anyone out of my life.
It’s more about appreciation, energy, and choosing peace over resentment 🌸

Now it feels simple.
I’ve helped myself in ways I never thought I could.
And all I really want to do now is help others 🤝

This was one session today and the change is massive. 🔥

• Shoulders dropped and relaxed instead of sitting tight 😊
• Back opened up which makes the whole frame look slimmer and stronger 💪
• Hips are more level and the stance is way more balanced 🙌
• Upper body symmetry improved straight away 👀
• Glutes switched on which you can see through the shape and alignment 🍑

One session and the whole body is already moving better and holding itself properly. This is why I love doing this. 🔥💪

I ran 24.05 today and felt proud. I have been hitting the Green Bridge runs at Kangaroo Point and did 6.5 km up and down the bridge in the humidity. New shoes helped, Michael was there, and it felt good to see the work paying off. 🏃‍♂️🔥

I am proud of how the business is growing, but even more proud of my clients. The last month has been massive. Their posture is changing. Their confidence is changing. Their whole quality of life is lifting. I see every little detail. The way they move. The way they breathe. The way they feel when they go to work. 🙏💛

This is why I do what I do. I love transforming someone’s life. More movement. Less pain. Better mental health. More enjoyment. More purpose. That feeling is better than any drug. It cannot be bought. It is who I am, and it is what I was meant to do. 💙✨
