What a dream start to the tournament! 🏏🔥 Northern Stars NS secured a dominant 61-run victory over Sunstate Singhs in our first match! Setting a formidable total of 181/6, we were led by an absolute masterclass from Simran Sandhu, who earned Player of the Match with an explosive 64 off just 24 balls* (4 fours, 6 sixes)! Solid support came early from Charan, who set the foundation with a crucial 38 off 33.
Our bowlers then stepped up to restrict the opposition to 120/9. Ashutosh Salaria led the charge with a clinical spell taking 3/20 in 4 overs, alongside great bowling performances from Summy (2/20 with 10 dot balls), Sukhman Sandhu (2/15), Aman (0/10 off 2), and Charan (1/12). Massive team effort all around—onto the next one! 💪✨
