Postpartum weight loss journey- 10 kilos down 🤩👏🏽
So proud of my girl Cherish who has worked hard to achieve this 10 kilo weight loss over the course of 3-4 months 🔥
We originally got her doing 2x home workouts and 2x gym workouts, and then eventually worked our way toward her getting in 4x gym workouts per week.
We also made sure she was able to learn what’s in her food so that she could maintain her results long term, as well as factored in some food related events along the way!
So so proud of you 🫶🏽

My girl has been working hard these past few months with me and the results speak for themselves 🥹💪🏽💗🔥
⬇️ 8 kilos down
⬇️ close to 15 cm down in her waist
✅ increased strength and muscle
👉🏽 now heading into her very first build phase where she is going to be eating more food (yay hehe) and training with intent and intensity to build heaps of muscle 🔥
This girls lifestyle as a busy working mama of two just makes this transformation an even bigger achievement 👏🏽

Your lifestyle choices will impact whether or not you achieve your goals…
There is a reason why you are not currently where you want to be-
(A) you aren’t doing the things needed to be done to achieve them
And
(B) your lifestyle choices are inhibiting/impacting your consistency to complete these daily actions required
You could be:
➡️ Feeling low energy all the time. This could be due to poor diet, not drinking enough water and not prioritising sleep. This leads to you feel demotivated easier when trying to add more to your plate, causing you to give up on your goals.
➡️ Lacking the ability to focus. This could be due to poor diet choices, friend groups you choose to hang out with, lack of self discipline with instant gratification. This causes you to not be able to tick off the tasks you need to tick off consistently.
➡️ Feeling like you lack time. What are you doing with 30% of your time for the week a.k.a the weekends? What people are your pouring your energy into? How much time do you spend scrolling at night? All these things can be taking away from your time and thus DISTRACT you from the end goal.
Achieving goals requires you to change into the 2.0 version of you.
So if you are struggling to see results ask yourself this: who do I need to BECOME in order to achieve success? 🚀✨
