🔥celebrating the wins
🔥working towards specific goals

🔥plan in advance
It's perfectly fine to allow motivation to start your health and fitness journey, but don't neglect discipline in the process! 🌈

This is because there is a big difference between food VOLUME and actual CALORIES ⚖️
For one - who would have thought that the amount of food on the right would actually be LESS CALORIES than 1 KFC meal on the left?
I certainly wouldn't have!
