Led by .wallacehill and , this 50hr training is designed for teachers who want to develop stronger class design skills, feel more confident building intelligent and creative sequences, and offer practices their students genuinely connect with.
Across three immersive days, you’ll explore thoughtful progression, transitions, class structure and the creative process behind sequencing practices that feel purposeful from beginning to end.

Ardha Matsyendrasana, or Half Lord of the Fishes Pose is a seated spinal twist improves mobility through the spine while stretching the hips, shoulders, and upper back. Ardha Matsyendrasana combines grounding and rotation, encouraging both stability and movement throughout the body. It is a classic twisting posture that supports posture, body awareness, and controlled mobility. 🌿
✨ Why Do We Do It? ✨
Ardha Matsyendrasana helps improve spinal rotation and postural awareness while gently stretching the outer hips and shoulders. Twisting postures like this also challenge coordination between breath, alignment, and movement, encouraging mindful control and stability. 🌬️
