๐ Trevor is working away for a while, so he had his last session with me recently
๐ He is now doing our body scan blitz package, to ensure he still makes progress while he isnโt physically training with Sharnee.
๐ This package is great for clients like Trevor. He will still get nutrition advice, a program to suit his goals and weekly phone calls to make sure he is still on track, making progress and kept accountable ๐ช๐ผEvery 4 weeks he will get his usual body scan done! ๐

Iโm not saying DONโT go there, because there is 100% a time and place for them.. Butโฆ
๐ Thereโs a difference between a meal replacement and a nutritious snack, but a lot of people have trouble separating the two.
๐Creating a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight, yes, but a lot of people hear low calorie diet and think eat as little as possible. Sure they would make for a filling snack, but nobody should consider 100 calories a meal.
๐ However pending on the brand, meal replacements shakesย can provide a good balance of calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients all while saving time and effort.
๐ But there are still a lot of nutrients you can only get from whole foods, so just keep in mind moderation is key.
