So much laughter, fun, pain and the occasional death stare when I tell clients I have a โ€œSharneeโ€™s specialโ€ for you today ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜‚

Iโ€™ve had an absolute blast and have learnt sooooo much, not only from the awesome team at but also from all my clients! Thank you all for your support throughout my first year as a personal trainer, can not wait for 2023. Absolute love supporting you all with your health and fitness goals โค๏ธ

Tina has been training with me for 3 short weeks she has already lost 2.5kg!!

In the 6 months she trained at Magnum check out what she has achieved:
โœ…Down 7.8kg
โœ…Total lost in measurements: โœ…50.5cm 10cm off her waist alone

She can now do:
โžก๏ธA Bench press of 45kg compared to 37.5kg 6 months ago
โžก๏ธ A Squat of 75kg compared to 37.5kg 6 months ago
โžก๏ธ A Deadlift of 60kg compared to 25kg 6 months ago.
โžก๏ธ And a 2:15 Plank compared to 40secs 6 months ago.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Trevor is working away for a while, so he had his last session with me recently

๐Ÿ‘‰ He is now doing our body scan blitz package, to ensure he still makes progress while he isnโ€™t physically training with Sharnee.

๐Ÿ‘‰ This package is great for clients like Trevor. He will still get nutrition advice, a program to suit his goals and weekly phone calls to make sure he is still on track, making progress and kept accountable ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผEvery 4 weeks he will get his usual body scan done! ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Iโ€™m not saying DONโ€™T go there, because there is 100% a time and place for them.. Butโ€ฆ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Thereโ€™s a difference between a meal replacement and a nutritious snack, but a lot of people have trouble separating the two.

๐Ÿ‘‰Creating a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight, yes, but a lot of people hear low calorie diet and think eat as little as possible. Sure they would make for a filling snack, but nobody should consider 100 calories a meal.

๐Ÿ‘‰ However pending on the brand, meal replacements shakesย can provide a good balance of calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients all while saving time and effort.

๐Ÿ‘‰ But there are still a lot of nutrients you can only get from whole foods, so just keep in mind moderation is key.
