Every person who’s stepped through these doors.
Earned. Not given.
The Good Fight Gym isn’t just a gym.

THE 1 THING THAT FINALLY MADE ME WALK AWAY FROM PARTYING
It wasn’t a breakdown.
It wasn’t rock bottom.
It was walking into a fight gym.
I wasn’t trying to change my life.
I just needed to feel something other than numb.
Back then, partying was my identity.
I was the loud one. The fun one. The guy always down for whatever.
But behind the laughs, I was tired.
Lost.
Running from stuff I didn’t know how to face.
Then I stepped into a fight gym.
And everything changed.
The focus.
The honesty.
The silence between rounds that hit harder than the punches.
I realised I wasn’t weak.
I just wasn’t built for the fake life I was living.
I’m a 2A Neurotype.
I need intensity, variety, and a reason to show up.
Not structure for the sake of it. Not calorie counting and pretending I’m fine.
Since that day, I’ve been rebuilding myself.
Not for the mirror.
For the man I see when everything else is stripped away.
Now I help others do the same.
Not just train.
Transform.

What a debut.
On the weekend stepped into the ring for the first time… and walked out with the win. But more than that—she walked out having shown the world what she’s made of.
Power. Grit. Composure. And that undeniable daaawwwgg in her.
She showed her strength. She showed her heart.
And most impressively—she dominated in the clinch, a weapon we only started sharpening three weeks ago. That’s a testament to her coachability, toughness, and pure determination to evolve.
Huge respect to .itsallaboutbrows and the crew at for stepping in after Claire’s original opponent pulled out. Your flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism never go unnoticed. I’ve always respected your gym and the way you carry yourselves—massive appreciation for giving Claire this shot.
Thank you to , .13 , and for helping Claire prep and giving her the chance to train with, learn from, and be empowered by other incredible women in this sport. That kind of energy is what builds real warriors.

Claire is already on weight — 1.5 weeks out — and she didn’t just lose fat… she built power.
This wasn’t your typical “drop calories, lose strength, hope for the best” fight camp.
6.5kg down, muscle and strength up.
No starvation. No water loading. And definitely no plastic sweat suits in the sun.
That’s not our style.
We cut smart.
We trained with intent.
And we built a better weapon — not a smaller, weaker version.
Now we enter velocity week — where everything sharpens.
The lifts get faster.
The strikes get snappier.
And recovery becomes the focus.
Claire’s not just gonna make weight — she already did.
Now she’s gonna make noise.

🚨 GYM CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Effective immediately, The Good Fight Gym will be closed due to Cyclone Alfred.
I know this comes with disappointment—this gym is more than just a place to train. It’s a community, a safe space, and a place where people come to fight their own battles. But right now, the biggest fight is keeping everyone safe.
We have to take all necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of our members and their families. This also gives me time to help my loved ones prepare for the storm.
Stay safe, look out for each other, and I’ll update you as soon as it’s safe to reopen. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. Brotherhood doesn’t stop when the gym doors close.
