๐ Farewell & Best Wishes to Shaun ๐
Today, we bid a heartfelt goodbye to Shaun, our incredible manager at Snap Fitness Indooroopilly. For the past 18 months, Shaun has been the driving force behind our community. Under his leadership, Snap Indro has thrived and become a true family, fostering an environment where everyone feels welcomed and motivated to reach their fitness goals.
Shaun has now taken an exciting new step in his career to run one of our larger sister clubs at Snap Fitness Karalee. While we will miss his inspiring presence, infectious energy, and unwavering support, we are thrilled to see him take on this new challenge and have no doubt that he will bring the same passion and dedication to Karalee.
Shaunโs final day with us will be Monday, May 13th. Please drop by to share your good wishes and say a personal goodbye. A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey with Shaunโespecially Anna and Harry, whose support has been pivotal. To all our cherished members, Shaun wishes you all the best in your health and fitness endeavours.
As we look forward to the future, we are confident that Snap Indro will continue flourishing under new management. Shaun leaves a legacy of strength and community that will undoubtedly carry forward.

As you embark on this sacred journey, we're here to support you every step of the way. Here are 5 tips to help you maintain your fitness goals during Ramadan:
1. **Stay Hydrated**: With limited hours for hydration, it's crucial to maximize water intake during non-fasting hours to stay hydrated throughout the day.
2. **Opt for Short, Intense Workouts**: Time is precious during Ramadan, so focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short, intense workouts to maximize calorie burn and muscle retention in a shorter timeframe.
3. **Plan your Meals Wisely**: Opt for nutritious, balanced meals during Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (evening meal) to ensure sustained energy levels and support muscle recovery. Include complex carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
