Righto Tigers 🐯—this one’s not about beers and bad decisions (well… not entirely).

I’m putting the call out for the boys to get around Walk for Him—raising funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and backing men’s health where it actually counts.

Here’s the hard truth:
1 in 5 blokes will deal with prostate cancer… and 11 a day don’t make it home.
That’s not stats—that’s teammates, old boys, and mates we’ve shared a shed or a schooner with.

So instead of just talking a big game, let’s do something about it.

Our Over 50’s Game is back this Sunday the 19th… and as always:
👉 You don’t actually have to be over 50
👉 You do have to bring the right spirit (ice packs optional… but recommended)

This is rugby the way it should be:

🍻 Big laughs over big hits
🤝 Mateship over everything

Whether you’re 35, 45, 55 or just refusing to hang them up, if you’re keen for a run with a great crew, you’re more than welcome.

Have you played Rugby Union or League?? Have you noticed your knees making noises that sound like Velcro? Do you stretch before getting out of the car?

Good news… it’s time to prove it. So come join the legends at the Over Masters 35’s season!

Find your nearest club in the East, North, South and West area the just off the boots, find the mouthguard in the junk drawer, and come run sideways with us.
