I can be terrible at being consistent on social media, because often we’re told how we should show up, what we should say, especially when you run a business.
It’s like, use this strategy, here’s how to say the thing, and it can get very disingenuine or no longer authentic to who you actually are.
So I am doing a 90-day challenge of showing up on video every day to be authentically me. And I’m actually really excited by it, because I love connecting with people, and I have lots of good things I want to share. And it takes away all of the noise of what I should be doing, so I can simply express myself authentically, and you get to come along for the ride.
Of course, I will be posting my usual type of content, which is also authentically me. But this will allow me to show another side, and I’m excited to see how it unfolds.
No edits, no censoring or contorting myself ☺️💫

When you let go of past stories at the subconscious level, those stories no longer influence how you show up today.
And that alone can completely change what you see as possible for yourself…

“I competed recently and OMG, I was nervous, but I wasn’t shaky. I didn’t have any self doubt. I could accept that I had done my very best and I was up there having fun. I made a few mistakes, but they honestly didn’t phase me.”
That’s what first-time bikini competitor Wilow Hoskin said after 3 Stage Ready Confidence hypnotherapy sessions together.
Wilow was balancing full-time work, full-time study, and comp prep while constantly feeling rushed, overwhelmed, and stuck in self-doubt.
Posing in front of others made her intensely anxious. She’d tried positive self-talk, talking things through, focusing on what she could control, even anxiety medication… but nothing was actually working.
So she booked in.
Not because she fully believed it would work, but because she was desperate for something to change.
And it did.
Not just in her posing, but in how she experienced herself.
“I am no longer stressing about what other people think of me and can be myself.”
And when she stepped on stage?
She actually had fun.
When I asked Wilow what she would say to another competitor struggling with stage nerves or posing confidence, she said:
“If you want to show up and be your best self you need to put in the work, not just physically with practice but also mentally.”
Because prep is not just physical.
Your mind comes on stage with you too.
If you know your mind is the part of prep that’s not getting trained, comment CALL below and I’ll send you the link to book a free 20-minute conversation. Just like Wilow, this could be your “BEST DECISION EVER!”
If you put off practising your posing, you’re likely avoiding how it makes you feel.
But what if you could shift your focus and show up strong?
The Confidence Code is designed to end the self doubt and comparison that holds you back by changing the stories in your mind.
10 days. 20 minutes of audio a day.
Completely new outlook on prep!

The art of being yourself…
The most simple and most challenging thing all at once.
I’m glad that with me, you get what you see 🫶🏼
Being vulnerable means not holding back.
It means being all in and giving it your all.
And it feels risky if you’ve attached who you are as an athlete - or even as a human - to a medal.
Because what happens if you give it everything and don’t win?
But this leads to holding back, to protecting yourself with an excuse just in case…
And you don’t show up as strongly as you could.
And you know it, which feels even worse.
Vulnerability means knowing your best may still not be THE best, but you better believe you’ll do everything to find out if it is…
Nothing left on the table.
And this is why mindset matters and why I focus so heavily on the stories under the surface.
Because they either let you be vulnerable,
Or they hold you back.
There’s no in between.
A little tough love for those who need it… your goals don’t care how you feel. That doesn’t mean they’re not valid, it just means you don’t put them in the driver’s seat.
One of the most simple strategies to achieve this is to practice setting intentions BEFORE you need to do the thing. BEFORE the not feeling like it has a say.
My favourite time to do this is at night before bed. Taking all the decisions for tomorrow off the table because it’s already decided.
The you simply wake up and do what you told yourself you’d do.
(And when that’s not possible because your emotions and your mind get in the way, that’s when it’s worth a chat, because it doesn’t have to stay that way)
As I help other athletes with their routines for later in the year, I’m getting excited that I get to do another one too… (all under wraps for now)
Throwback to my last season, 2023… it’s been too long!
