Our Zumba in Tarragindi classes combine dance and fitness with fantastic Latin and world music. We move, have fun, get fit and burn lots of calories.

Participants come in all ages (16-65+), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. No experience is needed. You will always feel better after Zumba! Would you like to get fit, have fun and be happy?

💃𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙕𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙖 💃

It’s a little phrase I’ve been using for years, and after teaching Zumba for 16 years, I still believe it’s true.

You might arrive tired.
You might arrive feeling a little flat.
You might arrive thinking, *“I nearly didn’t come tonight.”*

But then the music starts. 🎶

Your body begins to move, your mood starts to lift, and before long you’re smiling, sweating, laughing, and remembering how good it feels to be in your body. 🩷

That’s the magic of Zumba.

It’s not just exercise.
It’s music, movement, rhythm, community, and joy. ✨

You don’t need to feel motivated before you come.
You don’t need to know all the steps.
You don’t need to be super fit.

You just need to walk through the door, let the music carry you, and move in a way that feels good for you.

And chances are, you’ll leave thinking:
