Finally got back out on the water after a bit of a break.
Managed to sneak a trip over to Peel Island before the weather turned on us, and even got a couple of hours in during the rain and wind. Safe to say it wasn’t exactly comfortable fishing… wet, cold, and grinding it out.
But it paid off
Plenty of small snapper and tuskies getting around, plus a few nice flatty as well.
Definitely one of those sessions where you’ve gotta work for it, but it was good to be back doing what we love
Keen to get back out to Peel Island again soon, explore some new areas and hopefully find some better quality fish
