What a week at AF Sandgate 💜

Last night we hosted our Women’s Health & Healthy Ageing Information Night with the team from PhysioWorks Sandgate, and it was such a great evening.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, asked questions and supported the night, and of course to PhysioWorks Sandgate for sharing their time, knowledge and expertise with our community. We absolutely loved having you guys in club!

We also want to give a big thank you to Powersupps North Lakes for coming out, supporting the event and donating to our raffle, and to Supplement Shack Sandgate for generously providing vouchers for our goodie bags given out on the night, as well as for the raffle. We really appreciate the support from our local businesses and community partners.

We’re so excited to be teaming up with our local friends at PhysioWorks Sandgate for a FREE Women’s Health & Healthy Ageing Information Night next Tuesday! PhysioWorks Northside

We’ll be chatting all things:

This month, we’re celebrating the absolute weapon that is Bec 💪💜

Bec is the definition of a powerhouse. She juggles being an incredible mum, supporting her community, smashing her own goals and still manages to walk through our doors with a smile every single time.

Her motivation, strength and energy are infectious, and she’s the kind of person who makes the people around her want to be better too. We absolutely love having her as part of our Sandgate family and couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of Member of the Month 🥹👏

A huge thank you as well to PhysioWorks Northside for generously donating Bec’s prize and for continuing to support our members through our local partnership. We love being able to work alongside another business that genuinely cares about the Sandgate community 💜
