Okay so I have been out of the game a long while due to COVID, work, IVF and just life in general! I am trying my best to get my head back in the game and get back to where I was before I stopped posting. So here is a start! 7km bike ride followed by an hr weights session. ๐ค๐ฝ

Body changes!! ๐ช๐ฝ Pic1: 2016 when I decided to really start training and eating properly to improve my health and fitness. Pic2: 2017 when I was finally seeing results and happy with my progress. Pic3: Feb 2018 this was right before I fell pregnant and I was training my ass off sometimes twice daily 5-6 days a week. I was really happy with wear I was at and loved my body. Pic4: this is me now 7 & 1/2 months pregnant hardly trained over the last 6 months and ate like crap a lot of the time. But...... I am still happy with my body and where I am at coz trying to maintain a healthy fit lifestyle can be hard at the best of times let alone when you have a tiny human growing inside you and you are always having ups and downs. I am only up 9kg from my pregnancy and still have some muscle definition so I am really happy with this and I know it will take me a long time to get back there but I know I will and atleast I know I will have a good starting point as well and havenโt blown out too much. ๐คฐ๐ผ๐ช๐ฝ

Since I became pregnant I have had many ups and downs with my fitness journey. I went from toned with a flat stomach, training 5-6 days a week to having a belly, thighs and cellulite in places I hadnโt had in a long time due to hardly training. I was scared to do anything the first 12 weeks that may harm our chances of keeping her after so much heart ache to get her in the first place. The rest of the time not training much due to being exhausted for no reason sore in all areas of my body and just not having motivation. I am not ecstatic with what my body looks like now but I know where I have been before and that I can get back to that. I am however pretty happy with how I look with my baby bump and wouldnโt change having this baby girl for anything. .sternberg and I will be forever grateful for this experience together.

I was still super sore this morning from my Friday and Saturday Gym sessions so I spent some time to trigger point and stretch this morning. ๐๐ฝ
