Men's A Pairs update! The quarter finals are done and we've got our four pairs through to the semis.

Ray Whiting & Frank Laudari booked their spot with a strong 31-14 win, and Col Smith & Brett James were even better, getting up 32-12. Stephen Casey & Nathan Casey and Clint Hodges & Joe Pegler both advance through to the next round.
Semis and the final still to come.

Massive weekend at Everton Park Bowls Club, and it kicks off tonight!

Friday night: Members Draw, $50 up for grabs for one lucky member.

Saturday night: it's a double up. Our regular Members Draw at 7:30pm is now up to $550, PLUS a bonus $50 Members Draw on top. Two chances to walk away a winner.

Sunday: the A Singles Final, Colin Smith v Joe Pegler, rolling at 1:00pm. Come down and get behind the players.

Remember, you've got to be here to win. Little Nyonya Kitchen is open all weekend if you're hungry, so sort out dinner and your shot at the cash in one go.

It's finals time!

This Sunday, Colin Smith takes on Joe Pegler in the A Singles Final, and you won't want to miss it. Two of our best going head to head for the title.

Greens roll at 1:00pm. Grab a seat, grab a drink, and get behind the players. The bar will be open and the atmosphere's always better with a crowd, so bring the family and come cheer them on.

Sixty years. That's how long Everton Park Bowls Club has been part of this community, and this September we celebrate our 60th anniversary.

If you've spent any time at the club, you've probably noticed our tree on the wall. It was given to us back in September 1966, the same year we opened, and it's been there ever since. Six decades of members, games and good times have come and gone with that tree watching over the place.

It's served us proudly, but after 60 years it's showing its age. So to mark the milestone, we'd love to give it a refresh: a brand new tree, something a bit more modern, built to last us another 60 years.

This is where we're hoping our community can step in. We're after someone creative to take it on, an artist, a maker, a woodworker, a designer, anyone with the skills and the imagination for it. It would be a pro-bono project, a gift to the club, and your work would have pride of place on our wall for years to come.

CONGRATULATIONS to our two members Clint Hodges and Joe Pegler. They have won the Club Musgrave Prestige Pairs on the Gold Coast. They won all 6 games over 2 days in a field of 38 teams. They picked up $1200 in prize money. Well done!

Everton Park Bowls Club is excited to show off its new bowls uniform, and to welcome a new business partner who helped make it happen.

Elliott Brown from Belle Property Everton Park has kindly sponsored the new shirts, showing real support for the club and the local community. Men's President Shane Hinsch received the uniform on the green alongside Elliott and his wife Sarah Brown.
