MEMBER OF THE MONTH - MC
MC has grown in confidence every session, spreading positivity to all who train with her!
From the beginning, she has shown determination to overcome a previous back injury, to now hitting personal bests every week ! MC trains six days a week and is a regular in our 9:15am sessions.
MC is also passing on the passion to the next generation, bringing her two superstar daughters when she can !
We’re proud to have MC part of our community!

MEMBER OF THE MONTH - SARAH !!!
This months ‘member of the month’ is ! Since joining the gym, she has grown tremendously in confidence and strength. Always arriving with a positive attitude, Sarah is not only dedicated to her fitness journey outside the gym with her steps but also uplifting to those around her. She’s always happy and sharing a smile – making her a valued part of our gym community. Keep up the amazing work, Sarah!

Erin trains six days a week with unmatched dedication and energy, Erin brings intensity, consistency, and a positive attitude to every workout. Whether it’s crushing strength sessions, mastering form, or pushing through early morning cardio, Erin is consistent with her commitment.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - CHARLOTTE ✨
Charlotte signed up for the Run Larapinta Multi day / stage Race in Alice Springs as soon as registrations opened at the end of last year. It was a short course - 83km over 4 days. She had done 3 ultra marathons before but never a multi day. She followed their training guide over 20+ weeks but replaced their midweek training with C3 strength training.
The course is over grueling and highly technical / rocky terrain up and down mountains that required a high level of concentration.
As Charlotte powered up those mountains she expressed to us how much gratitude and thanks for the C3 training sessions. The coaches for their push and kept her accountable to help with the mental grit and determination she needed to keep going when everything hurt.
Charlotte recently achieved a personal best of a 100kg deadlift in class as well!! 💪🏽
She has now signed up to the Blackall Ultra in October!
We are all so proud of you! 🙌🏽

Welcome to C3’s new programming structure!
Designed for performance, enjoyment, results and progress.
Our new 16-week linear programming structure, paired with consistent attendance, will allow for greater results.
We’re also focusing on training smarter, not just harder! Making sure every session has purpose, builds on the last, and sets you up for long-term progress while keeping things challenging and fun.

ITS TESTING WEEK 😮💨
This is the week to put all those hard weeks of training to the test!
Under the watchful eye of your coaches, we’ll be testing our 1 rep max for squats, bench, deadlifts as well as some rep testing for hip thrusts!
By testing for your 1RM it sets you up so well for the coming weeks. You’ll be able to more accurately gauge your percentages each week! The more accurate you are, the more progress will be made over the whole block!
And don’t worry, if you’re not testing we’ve still got a ripper class for you! So no excuse to not book in this week 👀
