Do you feel like you’re doing all the right things, but lower belly fat still won’t budge and your favourite jeans don’t fit?

→ “I’ve hardly eaten today, I’ll just have a small handful of chips after work”
→ which turns into the whole packet, instant regret, and planning how you’ll make up for it tomorrow.

1. You “skip breakfast” or just have coffee, then 3pm hits and you’re hunting sugar.

4. You tell yourself you’ll have “just a small piece” of chocolate, then it’s the whole block.
