ATTENTION tonight’s training is cancelled. Unfortunately the fields are closed and we have decided to cancel our Friday night training tonight. We apologize to all of our excited players looking forward to coming down tonight.

Saturday games are still to be determined and further announcements are to come as soon as they are available.

A few tips from the sidelines thanks to our friends at Sunnybank Dragons Junior Rugby. Remember to let the coaches handle the tactics while you handle the cheers from the touchline. Keep it positive, respect the ref, and let the kids love the game. Our sideline environment has a huge impact on our young players!

Congratulations to Andreus, Caleb, Eddie, Meeka, Navarro, Oliver, and Will, who were selected to represent Redcliffe District Schools at the Sunshine Coast Regional U12 Rugby Union Trials, 12-13 May 2026.

⚫️🔴🐍 Redcliffe Rugby Union Club is proud to recognise our U13 Sea Snakes who recently represented the Brisbane Boys Barbarians on their South Australian tour. 🏉🔥

Representing Redcliffe with pride, passion, and true Barbarian spirit were:

Agusto Paita, Navarro Paita, Kyrie Kepli, Isaiah Denny, Jack Lange, Nathan Barry, Charles Hardy, Christian Leger, Tom Easton, with Liam Robbins and Yuto Takada joining the Redcliffe brotherhood following tour. Lead by their coaches Adrian Paita and Christian Lange.

The Brisbane Boys Barbarians took on some of South Australia’s best, finishing the tour undefeated across four matches in five days:

✅ 36–24 vs Adelaide University
✅ 61–28 vs Southern Suburbs
✅ 48–32 vs St Peter’s College
✅ 47–38 vs Barossa Rams / Adelaide Barbarians

More than just results, this tour was about what the Barbarians jersey stands for:

⚔️ Attitude over ego
🤝 Brotherhood over club colours
💨 Playing with width, speed, courage and intelligence
🛡️ Respect for teammates, opponents, referees, and the game

With players drawn from clubs across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and beyond, the BBB continues to prove that when boys buy into something bigger than themselves, special things happen.

To our Sea Snakes, you didn’t just represent Redcliffe… you represented what junior rugby should look like.
