We're hosting a Feet & Balance Workshop right here at Fernwood Everton Park on Saturday, June 27th, led by Codie Decaux, a Certified Guide from The Foot Collective.
Most of us never think about our feet β until they start hurting. This 90-minute, hands-on workshop is all about changing that. You'll walk away with a completely new understanding of how your feet work, how to train your balance and simple, practical tools you can start using straight away.
