π³ Whisk some eggs with a fork, pour it into a BUTTERED pan (much cleaner pan afterwards, trust me). Cover the pan and let cook until you can fold it. Add spinach leaves and fold it in half, allow to cook until you can flip it over. Here we have one of THE BEST mobility exercises known to humans and it's 3 stages.
Starting at the back we have 'Table Top', 9/10 people can do this.. if you cannot, start with hip raises and stretching your chest in the door way.
On the left we have this first stage of 'Back Bends!', just get that head off the ground and you're on your way to awesomeness. Increase your hold each time you try it.
Lastly we have the final product, well done Robyn! Mother of 2 might we add..
These stretch the chest, abs and hip flexors (multitasking!)
And activate the the majority of our posterior chain (go onto your toes to get the calves!)
Seriously if you're not doing any of those above, you're missing out!

Protein & Vegetables - if you told someone that you just ate protein and vegetables.. they'd probably think you're nuts and following some new-whacky-diet.
But seriously... those who do follow a diet like this (even 80% protein and vege, 20% not protein and vege) look, feel and test 10/10 healthwise.

FREE PADDINGTON RUN CLUB π
Yep, we have yet another free session on our timetable: WTF RUN CLUB at 5:30am on Tuesdays
Led by incredibly experienced runner, , this club is suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
Choose 3km, 5km, 8km or even more and get expert tips from someone who runs a 1/2 marathon every weekend.. yes, in one go!
Tom has already built most WTF Run Club members up to 12km.. some of which were JUST getting out a 5km when they started a few weeks ago.
