Bad news, babe: life doesn’t slow down. You’re not waiting for the perfect moment — you’re avoiding the hard one.

and i got matching tattoos for my birthday last month. as you can see, obi is really really impressed.

4 years I’ve been dealing with a neck injury 🙄
To be able to finally push a 1RM is hella exciting (yes, hella)
First one, no go. I knew that I had to gtf over the fact that it was the heaviest I’ve ever been able to bench about 5 years ago when I didn’t have a b**g neck.
So second attempt went swell.

✖️ I met Lego Batman (it was possibly Will Arnett) and was obsessed with his little hands
✖️ I started crossfit at and it has reawakened my passion for fitness (thank f**k)
✖️ I went outside and got vitamin D (with no sunscreen bc I am who I am)
✖️ I work with my best friend and sometimes we have business meetings at the pool with a beautiful view
