Yoga for anti-ageing Centenary Yoga. Joints: Bridge pose is fabulous as part of a varied practice, great for spine & joints; knees particularly (and shoulder joints with arm movement).
Bridge Pose: lifting hips, strengthening the lower back, glutes, and thighs to build muscular support for the knee joints. Namaste 😃 🙏
