Do you want to know why I love reformer so much?
'I did reformer Pilates twice a week for a month, and the results amazed meโ I saw a difference after just three weeks.
Just tried out some reformer at other places. They were so easy. I kinda feel like wasting of my time. I must say I am proud of what I provide to my members. I give you pain and a lot of gain!

Statistics show you are more likely to continue exercising when you do it with friends. Besides it is a lot more fun when you do it with friends!

Picking up my 8 weeks old fur baby on Sunday. Iโve been sleeping on the sofa and getting up every 2 hours to take her out for toilets. I feel so sleep deprived, but I am still working out every day ( except for Sunday). Mind over matters. Excuses will not get me anywhere, actions will get me where I want to be. Fitter and stronger me!
Update news from Australian Fitness, masks are not required during group fitness classes. However it must be worned prior and after the class! Yeah
