Celebrating 17 years! The Art of Excellence
🩰 How incredibly lucky are our Wednesday Elite Programme students! ✨
This morning, they had the wonderful opportunity to take class with our beautiful Elin, who has recently returned from training at the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy.
Sharing her knowledge, experience, and inspiration with the next generation of dancers, Elin gave our students a special insight into the training methods of one of the world’s most renowned ballet institutions.
They even had the chance to learn some of the academy exercises.
What an inspiring experience for our young dancers. Opportunities like these help broaden their understanding of the art form and connect them to the rich traditions and excellence of classical ballet. 🤍🩰✨

🩰 The correct pathways, muscle activation, and placement lead to every advanced step in the centre so let’s get it right from the beginning.
Proper technique is not built through shortcuts, tricks, or rushing the process. It comes from carefully developing the correct foundations, muscle memory, strength, coordination, and placement from day one.
A dancer’s body must be trained progressively, allowing the right muscles to activate and strengthen as they develop. Only then can more advanced work be introduced safely and successfully. Every exercise, correction, and repetition serves a purpose in building a dancer who is technically strong, capable, and resilient.
The most beautiful dancers are not created overnight. They are developed through consistency, patience, expert guidance, and a commitment to doing things correctly from the very beginning.
At QNB 🩰, we believe in building dancers, not rushing them. Because the strongest technique is the technique that is developed properly from the start. 🤍

Come into our Group Repertoire Class with Miss Abbey ✨
At QNB 🩰 we don’t just focus on solo repertoire training. Our students also train extensively in group repertoire, corps de ballet work, pas de deux, trios and ensemble pieces.
These classes are such an important part of a young dancer’s development. Not only do they build technical strength and artistry, but they also teach dancers how to work with others, develop spatial awareness, musical timing, communication, adaptability and camaraderie within a group environment. 🤍
Learning how to move and perform as part of an ensemble is crucial for developing versatile young artists who can confidently work within any professional or pre-professional setting in the future.
Beautiful dancers are not only developed through technique alone, but through learning how to listen, connect, work together and move as one on stage. ✨
