The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA) is seeking a talented individual to be part of the Ekka, Queensland's largest event. As an Entertainment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with administrative requirements, event planning, and event delivery for various areas of the Ekka Entertainment portfolio.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the administration for performers, including contracts, safety documentation, technical requirements, and event accreditation. Liaise with performers and collate their bios, images, and additional details.
• Assist the Entertainment & Events Executive and Head of Entertainment as required.
• Coordinate and deliver aspects within the Entertainment & Education Department, such as programs, stages, and events.
• Support the bump-in of Entertainment portfolio venues and areas.
• Stage Manage the Stockmen's Bar & Grill during Beef Week and the Ekka Show dates, including greeting and escorting performers and ensuring the smooth running of scheduled performances and events.
• Fulfill post-event responsibilities, including bump-out, post-event reports, and customer/performer feedback reports.
• Assist with the entry of Entertainment website content, such as the ShowGuide.
