Drones for Ukraine project has concluded with a staggering success!!
🏃‍♂️ I managed to finish the in 5h11min, 💰fundraised $1191 for .of.drones and .gov.ua 💪and all that project pushed me further that ever before in my training and preparations as I knew that more people count on me. Thanks for the support and Slava Ukranini 🇺🇦 🇵🇱 🇦🇺

Today on my birthday during the camping I’ve noticed a little bit of rubbish polluting the beach. So I took a big bag and collected all I could on a roughly 2 km beach strip.
It was way more trash than I’ve anticipated! In roughly 36min the bag was full of bottle tops, cups, straws, styrofoam, lighters, toys and all that broken plastic already turning into micro plastic. The rubbish lands on the street, rain takes it to the ocean, it breaks into smaller pieces, then turtles, fish and other marine life are eating it and we all are getting sick. You know the outcomes. Don’t do it! Bring your rubbish back home.
And I’m happy that I managed to make the 2km beach a bit better for everyone’s benefit

We are launching J Series at home!
J Series is our HIIT Small Group Session we run in our club but since we are closed due to COVID19 we are now launching J Series Live into your lounge room!

It’s LIVE with Coach there watching and pushing you through the session, you will also have everyone else tuned in live training with you.

The Best news is you don’t have to be a member to get involved!
We are offering it to anyone who is keen to stay fit at home but need a little extra motivation and support of a community of awesome people staying fit with you.

We go Live next Monday, We have a soft launch on Saturday 9am to make sure all tech is working smoothly.

We did a proper warm-up for all the mums, grannies, blokes, kids and dogs running for breast cancer research.

Great cause, beautiful weather and nice landscapes. What else to want more?

Goodbye Brisbane,

After 4 beautiful years this is the end of my journey with . Within the next 2 weeks, I am starting a new job in Sunshine Coast! SAY WHAAAAT?!

Yeah, that’s right, my family and I are moving to Sunny Coast to live this Australian Surfer Lifestyle I’ve heard so much of :) Many emotions are flooding me right now: I’m SAD but HAPPY, NERVOUS but EXCITED. But most of all GRATEFULL for the time I spend in Macgregor gym. Thank you to all the Macgregor Community, gym members and staff that I've talked to, trained, worked with and developed friendships that are lasting until this day. Thank you for all the good times we spent together, there were plenty of good memories that I will cherish for the years to come.

I’m not going underground, if anything you will probably see more of me in Social Media in the weeks to come, so please feel free to contact me when you want to, and we might even schedule some surfing-and-ribs Saturday if you are planning to go to Mooloolaba one weekend.
