“I’ve been training with Louis at FP Brisbane weekly for just over 7 months, I was looking initially for something to help with my scoliosis whilst doing traditional strength training but in the process have found a program that can completely replace what I was doing beforehand. Initially it was difficult to see how I could use this program without having a trainer, but as my understanding of the concepts grew I’m confident I can now take what I’ve learnt and continue to progress and eliminate more dysfunctions independently. My scoliosis has definitely improved with friends commenting on it regularly as well as how much better my posture looks”

60 year old male, managing director of a roofing company, diagnosed with secondary progressive MS approx 15y ago.
Started FP in 2018 but only been going all in with protocols the last year
Before - Regular neck pain, persistent tennis elbow on left arm, moderate lower back pain and severe constant right hip osteoarthritis and pain 9-10/10, weak bladder, getting up to toilet 2-3x a night, moderate tremor with any leg movement, spasms regularly with any lower limb release work
After - Minimal to no neck pain, no lower back pain, no tennis elbow, right hip pain severity lowered 3-4/10 and only very occasionally. Regularly sleeps fully through the night with no need to go to the toilet, lost 13kg and has more visible muscle around the ribcage, abdominals, arms and glutes

“I've been doing FP since 2018 but only in the last year-year and a half been following all of the protocols my trainer Louis has recommended. I go and see Louis twice a week and train at my house 3 times a week, which has significantly helped my symptoms associated with MS. The most profound changes have been in my pain levels especially around my right hip which was causing severe spasming in my right leg, as well as now almost non existent neck and lower back pain, and complete ease of tennis elbow symptoms on my left arm. I used to get up multiple times throughout the night with a weak bladder, a supposed side effect of MS, which also affected my sleep quality and recovery, however now am almost exclusively sleeping through the entire night which has aided my recovery. Additionally, I followed the diet advice that FP promotes, and get regular sun which also seems to help with energy levels. As I used to be a runner and play a lot of rugby growing up, it’s been great to have a way to sustainably replace those exercises with a way of life that promotes regeneration. FP has been a literal lifechanger for me and I have no plans to stop as I seek to walk again with the help of Louis and FP Brisbane”

The Winding Path Towards an Inverse Relationship Between Sun Exposure and All-cause Mortality
For a long time, skin cancer has been known to be related to extensive UV exposure. New emerging data have, however, shown low UV exposure/low vitamin D levels to be related to increased mortality rate due to skin cancer. In addition, low sun exposure habits in regions of low solar intensity have be...

Extremely grateful for this crew that has helped out all year to improve hundreds of lives across Brisbane. Everyone has played their part and we know that going into 2022 there is not a better place to visit in Brisbane than If you’re sick of the healthcare system or what you’ve been doing isn’t working then give us a message to get started on your FP journey
