June Schedule
π In June 2026, UQ Boxing will be participating in the Push-Up Challenge. Push-ups are an essential part of boxing training AND exercise is imperative to maintaining good mental health, so we've signed up a team. See our latest post to join in and help raise money!
π₯ Beginner Boxing + Cardio Box Classes ended AFTER Week 13 of Semester 1. These classes will recommence in Semester 2 Week 1. All members are welcome to join the Technique Class during semester break. There is no requirement to spar in the Technique Class, however, the option is available to those Members who are interested in beginning their sparring journey.

π’ This year: more reps, less excuses. UQ Boxing's team of 12 completed 30,742 pushups, raising $1,250 in 2025. We were the second highest fundraiser in the UQ Community!

π₯ Beginner Boxing + Cardio Box Classes end AFTER Week 13. Last session on Sunday 31st May 2026. These classes recommence in Week 1, Semester 2. All members who attend this session are welcome to join the Technique Class whilst the Beginner Boxing + Cardio Box Classes are on pause during semester break.

April Schedule
π₯ Our Beginner Classes will take a short break during the mid-semester break. Also note our closure on Sunday 5th April for the Easter weekend. All members are welcome to join our Technique Classes during this week. After the mid-semester break, classes resume back to normal on the 14th April.

March 2025 Schedule
π Thank you to all who came to our sessions for the first week of semester!
π₯ All Sunday sessions will run from 1:00PM - 3:30PM. These sessions are self directed with minimal coaching, which is a great time to hone in your own skills.
βοΈ As you're all aware by now, we do sometimes have unexpected or unforeseen closures due to weather events, UQ Sport enforced closures or public holidays. Please always keep an eye out on our page + Facebook/Instagram stories for the latest.
π If you've already dropped by a session in 2026, we are glad to have you back! And if you are yet to return, we can't wait to have you join us again in 2026! As always, we welcome new members of all skill levels and backgrounds. Reach out if you have any questions!
