What a beautiful week it has been at Inna Bliss Yoga!

We began by settling into stillness at our 4 day, 3 night Winter Retreat in the Byron Bay hinterland, surrounded by the natural beauty of Nourishing meals, peaceful surroundings, soothing massages, gentle yoga, and time to simply be.

From there, we shifted gears and turned ourselves upside down with experienced teacher and exercise physiologist Matt Mulcahy. Our Headstand Workshop explored the foundations of Sirsasana, helping students build strength, confidence, and a willingness to step beyond their comfort zones.

To complete the week, we gathered for an uplifting Sound Bath with Olga Oniscenko from .soundhealing allowing the healing vibrations of sound to guide us into a deeply peaceful and meditative space.

All of this alongside our regular schedule of 50 weekly classes, supporting our community in finding balance, strength, connection, and stillness.

Our 50-Hour Accredited Pre & Postnatal Teacher Training will give you the skills to safely, confidently and compassionately support women through one of the most transformational seasons of their lives.

Across four immersive days, you will learn how to teach intelligent, nurturing and empowering classes — blending theory, practical application and a holistic understanding of the pregnant body and mind.

Led by Senior Yoga Teacher, Birth Doula and Active Birth Educator Miriam Van Doorn, this training will equip you to confidently offer specialised pre & postnatal classes or safely support pregnant students in your general classes.

After seven months of dedication, growth, and transformation, we were so excited over the weekend to witness the graduation of our incredible 2025 Yoga Teacher trainees.

We are so grateful to each of you for placing your trust in us and committing your hearts, time, and energy to this journey. Watching you grow, learn, and evolve into the teachers you are today fills us with immense pride and joy.

As you step forward into this next chapter, we cannot wait to see where your path leads and how you continue to share your light and love for yoga with the world.
