Recovery is essential and these guys are your best friends for it.
A foam roller is perfect for loosening muscles and flushing built up lactic acid.
Trigger point balls are awesome for ironing out any niggles (yes, I use a baseball too).
If you have none of these, just keep moving ā active recovery is a great way to increase blood flow and reduce muscle soreness following a workout.
