Recovery is essential and these guys are your best friends for it.

A foam roller is perfect for loosening muscles and flushing built up lactic acid.

Trigger point balls are awesome for ironing out any niggles (yes, I use a baseball too).

If you have none of these, just keep moving – active recovery is a great way to increase blood flow and reduce muscle soreness following a workout.

Personal or group training shouldn’t be an intimidating experience.

It’s a coach’s job to foster a safe, encouraging and positive environment, and at The Main Game that’s my main game.

I won’t scream at you to go harder or walk around like I’ve got watermelons under my arms.

I believe in building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients to make sure they love coming to The Main Game, and leave each session happy, healthy and proud of themselves.
