Sunday morning spin class to try to flush out my tender lil legs!! 😫

After doubling up every day this week I woke up this morning sore, tired & really didn't want to do my cardio.
I knew the only way I was going to get it done with any sort of intensity was in a class.
Classes are a good way to push when ur lacking the motivation yourself!

Did my first ever parkrun today with 2 of the amazing groups that I train. Some have never ran a 5km before & im so proud of them for pushing outside their comfort zone to do it. They absolutely smashed it!!

Remember food is our medicine and fuel not your comfort.
