Terrific group workout at New Farm Park this morning. Champions! Smashed some intense TABATA, then squatted, dipped and ran our way through a quick paced AMRAP before wrapping up with a good stretch and a beautiful meditation. Sweaty, stress-busting session had by all! So proud of you all. Awesomeness.

Fantastic start to our Saturday! Sunshiney views and stairs session were part of group training at Victoria Point early this morning. Well done team! Huge stress-busting effort.
