Last weekend, the El Matador crew had the pleasure of taking part in a great event organised for us by Ray Coffey 🙏🏼

Plenty of laughs, good times and a great chance to spend some time together outside the gym.

A big thank you to Ray Coffey for organising it all. And if you’re ever looking for a drawing or painting teacher, Ray is your man — an incredibly talented artist! 🎨

We’re already looking forward to more team events like this. 👊🏼🙏🏼

Don’t tell me you want to fight. Prove it.

Our Clinch Shark Tank isn’t about looking tough—it’s about showing heart, grit, and the willingness to keep going when you’re exhausted.

Anyone can say they want to fight. The ones who earn that opportunity are the ones who show up, embrace the hard rounds, and refuse to quit.

Fight spots aren’t given. They’re earned.

Train hard, have fun. Balance is everything.

In this video we’re working through setups and Dutch drills.

We’re focused on learning and improving in each session, but we’re also having a bit of banter and enjoying the process. We know when it’s time to step it up — it’s all about keeping a balance.

That’s what makes consistency easier and training more enjoyable.

Train. Learn. Laugh. Repeat.
