On this photo is my island friend and training partner from Phu Quoc 🏝️ 🇻🇳 — Bab.
We met on the very first day and became inseparable from that moment. I started training her, and she started training me. Our first run together was just 1 kilometer. And this morning we already ran 10 kilometers together on the beach.
Every day: morning runs along the beach, swimming in the sea, walks, and her quiet, constant presence by my side.
She became much more than just a dog — she became a true friend.
Today it’s time to say goodbye… It’s really sad.
Thank you, Bab. You made these days on Phu Quoc truly special. Run far and free ❤️ I’ll never forget you.

🙃 History just got faster.
Fred Kerley won the Men’s 100m Sprint at the first-ever Enhanced Games in Las Vegas!
He ran 9.97 seconds and took home $250,000 for 1st place.
⚠️ Important note: These competitions are not sanctioned by World Athletics and are not officially recognized. Results won’t count toward official world records or rankings.
World Athletics President Sebastian Coe has been strongly against the Enhanced Games, publicly criticizing the event.
No excuses. No hiding. Just pure performance under the brightest lights in a completely separate event with its own rules (where PEDs are openly allowed under medical supervision).
The atmosphere was electric and the crowd was hyped. This is the beginning of a very controversial new era in sports.
As an affiliated EGAC club of World Athletics, we remain committed to clean sport in accordance with the rules and values of World Athletics.
Love it or hate it — you can’t ignore it.
What’s your take? Should athletes be allowed to legally enhance with medical supervision, or should we stick to the traditional rules?

As our coach says:
You’re not leaping into the sand — you’re leaping into the sky.
So don’t look down at the sand beneath your feet.
Look up… and fly toward the heavens.
