Then you train.
1,035 metres above sea level.
Mount Fuji in front of you.
Altitude changes the work.
Thinner air. Harder breathing.
Same session — more demand on the engine.
Come back down. Race faster.
This is not only a view.
Indoor 130m straight — same surface. Rain. Snow. Night. The work continues.
Strength gym on site — racks, bars, platforms.
Japanese records have been set here.
National teams have camped here.
Every lap, the mountain is watching.

One of the most beautiful tracks in the world.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France 🇫🇷
A short speed ring at the foot of Mont Blanc. In winter this is an ice oval for speed skaters. In summer it becomes a running track — the glacier right in front of you.
No stands. No noise. Just the mountain, the lanes, and the work.

MULGOWIE GIFT 🔥
Proud of Olivia Lonton and Capri Vincent today.
Our girls started behind other girls whose 100m personal bests are better than theirs — about 3-5 metres back. They were even lined up almost level with some of the men.
It didn’t matter.
They walked out quiet. No noise. No excuses. Heats, semis, finals — they fought every metre to the line.
That’s EGAC 💛🖤
Day is done. We keep moving.

After blowing away the 200m sprint, Jemma Neill 💛🖤 does it again at the GBS Track and Field Championships. Unstoppable — a Porsche with no brakes, winning the 💯 m by a huge margin 🔥
