We booted Nick Lahman out of his office last week and sent him down to Melbourne where he caught up with some great people, met some new friends, ate some spectacular food and checked out this awesome Laing O'Rourke site office - cowabunga! 😂

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to catch up with Nick last week!

You wouldn't want to rush into the whole "return to work after holidays" thing! Here's Nick pretending to do some work on the Gold Coast! 😅 Hope your return to work has gone just as well and if you're still on leave - enjoy!

Well Nick Lahman came and saw and . . . . conquered (or tried to conquer?) or at least had fun at The Acoustical Society of New Zealand Conference in Wellington. Thank you to everyone who contributed to a wonderful event with interesting insights and great opportunities for networking. We hope you took advantage of drinking a coffee from the coffee cart on Texcel.

The Impact of Noise Pollution - Texcel 19/10/2022

Check out Mark Dean on site installing dust and noise monitoring equipment on the Gold Coast. It wasn't quite a beach visit but a trip to the coast on a customer site is always a great way to spend some time!

Weather Monitoring - Texcel 28/07/2022

Today we took a moment to celebrate Richard Wall's 10 year anniversary of starting work at Texcel. For those who don't know him, Richard is our in-house IT wizard and we think he's awesome and every customer who has ever spoken with him, I'm sure would agree. Thanks for everything Richard - here's to the next 10 years! And special shout-out to Mark Dean for his special skills on the BBQ!

For your entertainment, we've also included a picture of Richard Wall back in 2012 when he first started with us!

We never need an excuse to eat cake but please join us in wishing Michael Davis all the best for his birthday last week! He specifically requested chocolate and you can't go wrong with chocolate cake!
