❤️🏏 FROM A DREAM TO A SENSE OF PRIDE 🏏❤️
What started out as a dream to help four indoor cricket players sponsored by SMG Sports get to the Junior World Series in South Africa has ended with an incredible sense of pride.
When I started this journey, I said to myself, “It would be great to raise $4,000 — $1,000 for each player.”
Well… I absolutely smashed that goal! 🙌
By my count last night, with the incredible support of so many people, we have raised $5,719
I’m going to round that up to $5,800 — that’s an incredible $1,450 for each player!
I honestly can’t thank everyone enough, but I need to give a massive shout-out to some very special people who made this possible.
Stephen & Louise Higham, Matty’s parents, who have helped me enormously in gaining sponsors for the shirts, purchasing heaps of merch and have been instrumental in helping me achieve what we did.
Stef Tomerini, for his incredible $1,000 donation through his company Croydens.
